Adrian Nicholas joined the Foundation as a Communications Associate in September of 2023. He is a creative and passionate communications professional with nearly a decade of experience working for nonprofit organizations.

Nicholas comes to the Reagan-Udall Foundation for the FDA from the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA), where he was in charge of maintaining the association's website, mailing lists, and social media accounts along with coordinating media relations to ensure coverage of the association's activities. Before joining GHSA, Nicholas was the Social Media Specialist for the National Association of Counties (NACo), where he managed the association's social media accounts while collaborating with multiple departments to implement an effective social media strategy. He also previously served as NACo's Program Associate covering health, human services, and justice.

Nicholas holds a master's degree in political science from American University and a bachelor's degree in communications from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland.
